In October, Honda issued its second significant recall, this time for fuel-leaking and cracking pumps.

More than 700,000 Honda vehicles are being recalled because the high-pressure fuel pump may break and spill gasoline, which might raise the danger of a fire. Therefore, Honda is taking this precautionary measure.

It is the second large call that Honda has received this month, following the discovery that 1.7 million vehicles showed signs of having possible steering faults at the beginning of October.

The Honda Accord and the Honda Accord Hybrid 2023-2024, the Honda Civic and the Honda Civic Hybrid 2025, and the Honda CR-V Hybrid 2023-2025 are all included in the recall.

In the period beginning in February 2023 and ending in September 2024, Honda said that it had received 145 warranty claims, although there were no reports of injuries or fatalities that were associated with the issue.

The manufacturer of automobiles has said that there would be no cost associated with the inspection and replacement of the high-pressure fuel pump by dealers.

It is anticipated that letters giving notice to owners will be mailed on December 4th. You may reach Honda’s customer support at 1-888-234-2138 if you are a Honda owner.
